The Manager is committed to sustainably managing the environmental impact of our data center portfolio and optimizing its use of energy, water, and minimizing carbon emissions. We remain focused on efforts to operate sustainable, energy-efficient data centers.
The Manager aligns with external standards such as the US Green Building Council's Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design (LEED) certification and the US Environmental Protection Agency's ENERGY STAR® programme for its properties where eligible and feasible. Between 2019 and 2021, greater than 75% of the assets under management have been recognized with ENERGY STAR certification. A list of certifications may be found here.
