Whistleblowing Policy

The Manager is committed to maintaining a high standard of integrity in its business conduct. In support of its commitment, the Manager has put in place a whistleblowing policy which sets out the procedures which provide a trusted avenue for the Manager’s employees, vendors, customers and other stakeholders to report serious wrongdoing or concerns relating to the Manager and its officers, particularly in relation to fraud, controls or ethics, without fear of reprisals when whistleblowing in good faith and ensure that robust arrangements are in place to facilitate independent investigation of the reported concern and for the appropriate follow-up actions to be taken.
