DIGITAL CORE REIT’S ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING AND EXTRAORDINARY GENERAL MEETING

18 April 2024, 9.00 a.m.
Digital Core REIT’s Annual General Meeting (“AGM”) is being
convened and will be held in a wholly physical format at Bridge+, 79 Robinson
Road, Level 2, Singapore 068897 on Thursday, 18 April 2024 at 9.00 a.m.
(Singapore time). Digital Core REIT’s Extraordinary General Meeting (“EGM”)
will commence at 10.00 a.m. (or as soon thereafter as the AGM is concluded or
adjourned). There will be no option to participate virtually.
Unitholders, including SRS investors, and (where applicable) their duly appointed prox(ies) will be able to attend
the AGM and EGM in person. They will need to register personally at the registration counter(s) outside the AGM and
EGM venue on the day of the event. Registration will commence at
8.00 a.m. on Thursday, 18 April 2024.
Unitholders will be able to:

submit questions in advance; and
-
vote at the AGM and EGM themselves or through their duly appointed proxy(ies). As an alternative, Unitholders
may also vote by appointing the Chairman of the AGM and EGM as their proxy to vote on Unitholder’s behalf.
Digital Core REIT Unitholders are cordially invited to participate in a
virtual dialogue session hosted by Securities Investors Association
(Singapore) which will be held on Thursday, 11 April 2024 at 12.00 p.m.
(Singapore time). Please register by 5.00 p.m. (Singapore time) on Tuesday, 9
April 2024.
